This Privacy Policy explains how LiveVoiceKit handles information when you use livegpt1.net. The current MVP is designed to be privacy-light: the core prompt, transcript, and demo script tools run in your browser and do not require an account.
1. Information you provide
You may type text into the prompt generator, transcript cleaner, or demo voiceover tool. In this starter implementation, that text is processed locally in your browser and is not intentionally sent to our servers by the tool UI.
If you contact us by email, we may receive your email address and the information included in your message so we can respond.
2. No OpenAI credentials
Do not enter OpenAI passwords, API keys, private account credentials, or sensitive personal information into this website. This website does not provide ChatGPT login or official OpenAI account services.
3. Audio and uploads
This MVP does not include audio upload, audio storage, or server-side transcription. The transcript cleaner accepts text that you paste into the page. If you later add upload or transcription features, update this policy before launch to explain file retention, deletion, subprocessors, and user controls.
4. Analytics and hosting
The project is deployed on Cloudflare. Hosting providers may process technical information such as IP address, user agent, request path, and timestamps in server logs to operate and secure the service.
We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate website usage, such as pages visited, approximate location, device/browser information, referrers, and engagement events. Google may process this information according to its own policies.
5. Cookies
Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies to measure website usage. If advertising, authentication, payments, personalization, audio uploads, or server-side AI features are added later, update this policy and add any required cookie notices or consent flows.
6. How we use information
We use information you intentionally provide to:
- operate and improve the website;
- respond to messages you send us;
- maintain security, prevent abuse, and debug technical issues;
- comply with legal obligations.
7. Data retention
Text entered into the browser-based tools is not intentionally stored by this MVP. Emails and support requests may be retained as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, or comply with legal obligations.
8. Children
This website is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
